Nail Polish Holder
OK this was supposed to have been a Christmas gift for E but I ran out of steam and it never got done...Until today and it took me about an hour tops to do it. I bought the shower rack from Ikea and my dad cut out the bottom pieces for each shelf. This was so super easy. Enjoy :)
OK so this is the rack with only 2 shelf's in so you can see what it looked
like without the shelf. ( sorry for the poor pictures I was trying to be fast :) )
This is the wood that was cut for each shelf.
and that's how it goes into each self. :) wow boring picture much.
Then I chose my paper
Then I got some Elmer's glue and glued the paper on.
and I let the shelfs sit between 3 heavy books for about 20 mins.
Now its almost done the shelves are in tightly.
After that I got out my pink and white tulle and waved it in and out
and tied it on the corners. ( yes I blurred out her face I'm still nervous of strangers seeing my kids)
DONE!! and I have one happy heart faced child :)
and here it is hanging happily in the corner of her room
DONE....Behavior Charts
OK so I finally finished them and so far they are working OK, I just need to be a smidge more on the ball with giving points. I ended up painting two trays with red spray paint so that I could use magnets to make this work :)

Behavior Charts
So I have a couple of fellas here that could use some incentives to have better behavior, so I thought that a behavior chart would be a good idea, so I set to and looked all over for a good chart but just couldn't find any that I liked SO what did I do?? I went to picnik and made my own :) I plan on either mod podging it to some metal and then putting it in a frame so that I can put magnets on the back of the boats or I will use Velcro, I haven't quite decided yet I will show you pictures when I finish it but for now I thought I would share the images I created for them. I also made one for little girls :)... The plan is for them to start at the start wheel and through listening and making good choices ( like not punching others) they can drive the boat to the Treasure (finish) and when they get there they can either go get a toy at the dollar store or go get a ice cream from McD's or something like that.
I did the boats in both directions so when they switch lines the boat can
point in the correct direction :) these are the boy boats
these are the girl boats :)
I will be sending these into walmart to print soon :) the boy version :) I don't have a printer so walmart it is :) OH and I also plan on laminating these little boats and possibly the chart just to keep it all nice and fresh looking :)

So in LOVE!
With this sign that I just finished. A few months ago I saw this sign on Pinterest and I fell in love with it, so I immediately went and cut the vinyl for it and there it sat haha, I knew in my head how I wanted it to look but it took me a few months to really figure out how I wanted to do it so it looked how it did in my head. So here it is I will walk you through the steps I took to make it. I plan on putting it next to my new Black Chunky Framed cork board that I plan on pinning kids pictures on.
I took this sign and ripped the vinyl off
I took this sign and ripped the vinyl off
Then I painted it black and then white.
HA! I didn't take any other pictures until I finished it, But After I painted it white I let it dry and while it was drying I made all the flowers from different black and white fabrics I added some tulle and buttons to give it more texture and variety. After the flowers were made and I let the board sit and dry all night I got out my NEW POWER TOOL!!! I love it (thanks Dad) its a electric hand sander. So I just ran the sander over the board until I got the desired distressed look that I had in mind. After that I added the vinyl and flowers AND VOILA! I am in love with it. (Click on the link above if you can't read this picture it will show you what it says.)
Close up of the flowers.

Christmas Gifts
OK So I can now post what I have been working on for about a week for my dear mom, she is a busy teacher and asked me if I would do these for her ... I of course said I would do them because ... well... I love to craft :) and help my mom. My most favorite part of this project was using my dads electric hand sander... Oh man I am IN LOVE! I used it to distress the edges and it did not disappoint I achieved the best distressed edges ever. OH Yes I will invest in one of those puppies one day :)
The star on this one will be re done before we give it.The Silver paint wouldn't paint on thick so I thought that the silver glitter spray would cover over that and well it didn't SO old fashioned mod podge and loose glitter it is :) It's for my cousin :)
This one is my mom's
I absolutely adore this one, I LOVE the penguins on the bottom.
